Head West on 495 toward Silver Spring. Take Exit 31, Georgia Avenue. Make a left and take Georgia Avenue South approximately a half a mile. Stay in the right hand lane and make a soft right at sign marked Washington -- 16th Street. Follow 16th Street for about 4 miles until you come to Emerson Street. There is no light at Emerson. The light before Emerson Street is about two tenths of a mile before and its Coloroado Avenue. Make a left on Emerson.
