The room can hold up to 40 for a flowing reception. The room is exclusively rented to groups staying at the hotel with a minimum of 10 room nights or more. The price of the room rental is based upon a sliding scale of number of room nights. The hotel will supply flip charts and A/V screens complimentary but additional equipment is available for rental - you can either rent through us or directly. Catering is also available for meetings from our hotel restaurant, Fish & Farm Restaurant and Bar.
