Breakfast at The San Sophia is included with the room and is an experience unsurpassed. From 800am to 1000am, our breakfast buffet offers a selection of homemade granola, juices, fresh fruit, and creative hot entrees. In addition, breakfast always features fresh baked pastries and breads such as homemade cinnamon rolls or chocolate eclairs. Guests may choose to dine inside with spectacular views of Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls or enjoy these same views from our east facing outdoor deck. Our selections change every day and always feature fresh seasonal ingredients, many of which come from the farms and markets nearby.
